Fundraiser - My Bear Buddy

I would like to offer you a funtastic fundraiser idea.

My company is called My Bear Buddy...Where Memories Are Created. We will travel to your organization. We provide a unique experience where children and the young at heart get to create their own buddy. We provide everything they need to stuff their own buddy. Everyone will get the opportunity to participate in our fun filled Wishing Ceremony. At the end each artist will receive an adoption certificate to be filled out and some fun activity/coloring sheets.

All my bear buddies are $12 each and outfits are $10. I also have t-shirts for the buddies that run $5 each. The t-shirts are custom colored by the children. I will supply fabric markers so they can design their t-shirts in their own special way. We love to encourage creativity in each child.

We can offer the fundraiser one of three ways.

• Option A - We come to your location. We set up and put everything on display. We do all the selling and event work for you. We even clean up the mess. We can combine this event with other activities that you have running at the same time. There is no initial fee to have us come and set up. So you are under no obligation to sell a minimum order. (Family Fun Night, Reading Buddy, School Fundraiser, Hosptial Fundraiser, Mission Trip Fundraiser)
  
• Option B - Let each child learn to sell directly. We have order forms where your students or members can sell to their hearts content. We also have prize structures for each person that sells. Then we ship everything to you for a fun stuffing party. There is no additional fees for the prizes. You don't have to sell a minimum amount. Do what you can - No stress!
  
• Option C - Run an online fundraiser. You will get your own fundraiser page with select products. We can even gift wrap items for your Supporters. You could run this fundraiser for the full school year if you wish. Earn commisssion for a full year. Payments will be sent out monthly to your organization. No Minumums. Each order will ship directly to the buyer.

It is so much fun to watch the smiles grow on a child's face when they create things with their own hands. Your club/organization will make a 25% commission on all sales.

You can even get your own ordering page just for your group, so you can give them the link to go directly to your page and order from there. That way you are guaranteed the credit .
